We had four couples and two toddlers staying at this property and it worked out great. Having each room with an en suite bathroom made it really easy and convenient! The elevator was nice for bringing up luggage. The huge table at the house was nice for cooking big meals for the family. The pool is a little small, but not everyone wanted to be in it at the same time.
There were tons of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and toys in the garage, which was wonderful! There is even a little cart with the cooler, to help you lug your stuff to the beach. The kitchen was a nice size, although some of the pans and knives are a little old. The internet and cable were nice to have!
The beach is a short walk away (maybe 6-10 minutes) and was beautiful - the water was clear and the public access was easy with showers and benches. There is a Walgreens and liquor store that are also a short walk away, as well as some sandwich shops, frozen yogurt place, and shops. The Publix grocery store isn't far either. Overall, this was a great house at a great price and we would definitely stay there again! Joe was really laid back, accommodating, and quick to answer my questions - he was a pleasure to work with!
