Photos and Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Soothing resort-style views from the balcony of this second floor, South Seas Towers condominium. The unit is very clean, contemporary, white on white style, and comfortably furnished. The living and dining areas are combined, with sparkeling tile floors. There is a new 52" HD TV for entertainment, as well as a DVD player and a VCR. Sliding glass doors open out to the balcony. The kitchen has been recently updated, with new appliances. All dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils are provided. The master bedroom has a new king sized bed and new 32" HD TV. Sliding glass doors open out to the sunny balcony, overlooking the swimming pool and out to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a 32" HD TV as well. Sliding glass doors also open out to the balcony. There is a sofa sleeper in the livingroom as well for an additional two guests. The gated complex is is located on Marco Island's beautiful sandy beach, with lots of treasures (shells) to take home for memories. A boardwalk leads from the swimming pool out to the beach. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking. The South Seas Condominium Association has a registration/parking fee. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
