1992 Bermuda style home is walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to private beach. Walk to beach and watch the sun rise. Sea turtles nest here. Citrus and papaya fruit trees in yard. House recently has been extensively remodeled with all new everything, including mattresses and linens. House has outdoor shower. Washer/dryer in separate laundry room. House was remodelled using 'green' principles. All natural materials have been used wherever possible. Natural coral stone floors, granite, seagrass and all natural linens. Low VOC paints. Energy star appliances. House is close (38 miles) to Melbourne (Florida) International Airport (Delta Airlines) but also Palm Beach International Airport (81 miles) and Orlando International Airport (104 miles).

Vero Beach is a quiet, clean, natural area but with up scale restaurants, shopping and boutique hotels. House is located on the island in a small gated beach side community on the ocean. Very nice quiet neighborhood with private beach access. Community maintains a shower and boardwalk at the beach (house also has an outdoor shower). Beach is good for beachcombing for shells and three species of sea turtles nest on this beach every year. The house is very close (2 minute walk) to the beach.
