Our beautifully remodeled unit, in the most requested building #10, has everything you could want for a great vacation. It is a 1 bed/2 bath (sleeps 2-4) with a great ocean view and a two minute walk to the ocean. It has Queen sized beds, two TV'S with VHS and DVD players, FREE local telephone and FREE DSL hook-up. The kitchen is fully equipped,and it has washer/dryer, air conditioning, assigned parking near unit, and comes with beach equipment (chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc). Kamaole Sands is a lush 15 acre resort, located in sunny Kihei., with 4 tennis courts, a large swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, kid's pool, work-out room and 8 BBQ areas. It is located within walking distance of Kamaole Beaches 1, 2 and 3, restaurants, shops, activities, boat harbor and more. Our unit is a ground floor unit and the lanai open upon a large grassy area and fountain. It is a great place to watch sunsets and whales.

We stayed 6 nights at 10-102 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The owner is very attentive and when I noticed there was no hair-dryer in the unit, she came around with one and a couple papayas from her tree! There were plenty of linen and beach towels, also some beach chairs and umbrellas. The street noise dies down after 10 p.m....most of the time. If I had one complaint, it would be regarding the pull-out bed: it is terrible for adults to sleep on.
We have moved to a different unit afterwards and missed 10-102 dearly as our new home was dirty and lacking in the homey feel and many amenities (but not in ants!).
