The South Seas Tower IV, #1411 is a two bedroom, 2 bath privately owned updated beachfront condominium offering direct beach and Gulf views. Comfortably furnished with king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, the property accommodates up to 46 guests. This fully furnished vacation property has 2 televisions and 1 VCR. The gated complex is is located on Marco Island's beautiful sandy beach, with lots of treasures (shells) to take home for memories. A boardwalk leads from the swimming pool out to the beach. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking. The South Seas Condominium Association has a registration/parking fee. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
