Our unique Sand Dollar Guest House can accommodate large families or groups! With 4 bedroom Suites, each with their own full baths, you can have a great vacation with 2 families, or take the grandparents!! Our Cozy Beach House has been updated with modern beach decor. Just step across the street & you are on the beach! Stroll for miles in each direction & collect shells, watch for dolphins and pelicans or swim in the ocean. Take the Trolley into the quaint Times Square Downtown for more Restaurants, tourist shops, Bars, Entertainment, People-watching and much much more! This QUIETER, mid-island location is less hectic, with residential homes behind us, but within walking distance to restaurants & TIki-bars right on the beach! THE VILLAGE NOISE ORDINANCE IS ENFORCED with no loud noise after 10PM weekdays or after Midnight on weekends! So if you are looking for peace & quiet, this is the place for you! PLEASE NO RENTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 25!

Our Sand Dollar Guest House: We are happy to share our vacation home with others so that you can experience the charm & ease of Ft. Myers Beach too! It's the perfect relaxing get-away where you can wander around the main beach shops in your bathing suit & bare feet! Sweet! It's the casual lifestyle that we all wish for: No worries no hurries. The biggest decisions of the day are which water activity to participate in (including laying on the beach) and Grilled or blackened Grouper or cold-boiled or grilled shrimp! Even in the hottest season during the Summer, there is always a breeze at the beach which makes it extremely comfortable. We plan to spend as much time at the Sand Dollar with family & friends as time will allow, and hope you will love it here as much as we do, & will come back with YOUR family & friends too!

The Sand Dollar Guest House consists of 4 separate Suites so guests and families can all be together yet have the privacy they need!

This is an affordable house just a across the street from the beach! My parents came with us to spend time with the grandkids and they had their own studio so they could have their privacy when they wanted. It was decorated very nicely and we were on the beach every day! Walking to the outdoor restaurants was fun & the kids played on the beach till the food came & then came to join us, all still in our swimsuits!!! It was fun taking our dog to DogBeach too!! We plan to come back with my sister & family next time and rent the whole house! We had half this time and there was PLENTY of room!
