The property consists of three houses that are partially built together and yet clearly separated.

Holiday House in Andalusian style in quiet area of ​​El Palmar. The sea is just a kilometer away, the view is unobstructed. The roof terrace offers a magnificent view of the port of Conil and the lighthouse of Trafalgar. 95 square meters of living space divided into a light-filled living and dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, bathroom with tub and toilet, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

The house include two wood-burning stoves for heating, radio / CD player, German and Spanish TV and a separated Shared washing machine. The 25 square meters large, sheltered terrace with canvas awning from May to October for extended living space. Die Finca ist genau so, wie die Fotos zeigen: Bauart und Einrichtung sind angenehm landestypisch und unkompliziert. Der deutsche Vermieter kennt Land und Leute sehr gut und ist in allen Dingen hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.
Wir haben die Finca schon öfter zu verschiedenen Jahreszeiten gemietet, weil wir sie absolut empfehlenswert finden. Durch ihre ruhige und unverbaute Lage macht es Spaß, die großzügigen Außenbereiche für Erholung und Entspannung, zum Grillen oder einen Sundowner auf der Dachterrasse zu nutzen. Die Finca ist die ideale Ausgangsbasis für Spaziergänge zum Strand und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, z.B. nach Cadiz de la Frontera, der ältesten Stadt und Festung Europas, in das hoch gelegene, sehr idyllische Vejer de la Frontera oder nach Tarifa am windigen Südwestzipfel Europas. Der Strand in El Palmar wird gerne von Wassersportlern aufgesucht und bietet damit eine traumhafte Urlaubskulisse. Wer davon hungrig geworden ist, kann sich auf der Finca mit Produkten aus der Region erstklassig selbst versorgen oder im nahegelegenen Örtchen La Muela die gute Pizzeria genießen.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon zum dritten mal dort. Es ist etwas abgelegen und sehr schön zum erholen, aber man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto. Man kann auf der Terasse prima grillen und vom Dach aus den Sonnenuntergang erleben. Die Wohnung hat reichlich Platz für vier Erwachsene und ist ohne viel Schnickschnack eingerichtet und ist auch mit Kindern super. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und freundlich. Wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen wird sofort reagiert. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich - Strand, Wandern, Ausflüge und viele Markthallen mit tollen frischen Waren, wer gern kocht und gut isst, versorgt sich selbst. -Immer wieder gern...
