The house is conveniently located close to necessities, services and pleasures. Within minutes of 4 ski areas, 2 cross country skiing facilities and the VAST snow mobile system. Only minutes to 3 premiere public golf courses, hiking on the Long Trail, a tennis and fitness center, fishing and boating and live theater at the Weston Playhouse. Only 5 miles to the shopping plaza, very close to many fine restaurants, 4 church services and Mtn..Valley Medical clinic. Whether you shop at the plaza, local shops or the outlets of nearby Manchester VT.. all are fun. The house sleeps 8. Along with a large master bedroom with a king bed and lots of closet space. There is a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a set of bunk beds. The dining table seats 10 easily, the kitchen is large and well equipped. Living room is open with a 37'LCD TV provided. Along with the house the 42' long deck is relaxing,furnished and has a Weber gas grill. The attached 28'x28' two car garage is also nice.

Londonderry is a multi -season area. Winter brings downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding(occasional snowball fight) snowshoeing horse drawn sleigh rides and brisk walks. In summer golf is plentiful, swimming, boating, fishing, hiking,and long leisurely walks are fun. Visit the Bromley water slide for a day of excitement or visit the Dorset Horse show in July. Fall foliage is spectacular, drive the winding roads or take long enjoyable walks is a must do! Along with this just enjoying the scenery and the casual day to day life is also a pleasure.
