The South Seas Tower III, #1704 is a two bedroom, 2 bath privately owned condominium that offers beach and Gulf views. Comfortably furnished with queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the livingroom…accommodations for up to 6 guests. This fully furnished vacation property has 2 televisions and 1 vcr.
The gated complex is is located on Marco Island's beautiful sandy beach, with lots of treasures (shells) to take home for memories. A boardwalk leads from the swimming pool out to the beach. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking. The South Seas Condominium Association has a registration/parking fee. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
