Our property is very unique and is set apart from most surrounding properties because of it's easy commute. Since we are located off of 290E, it is such a quick ride to Houston Texas. You can be on the Texas Tollway 130 in less than three minutes from the location, which will take you to the Austin Bergstrom International Airport in less than 15 minutes. Our property is in a brand new community, which is very safe, In a few minutes you could be enjoying shopping or simply sight seeing in our lovely city.

Hurricane Ike Getaway

We had to evacuate quickly from hurricane Ike and just by chance we found this place. It was a Godsend! It was just the perfect layout for my family of 4 and My husband's parents and sister. It was wonderfully funished and the location was easy access too.
I almost forgot to mention the great Golf course that is right next door to neighborhood. My husband still raves about it. My hurricane experience turned out to be a vacation. I will defintely stay here again.

Just what we wanted.

We stayed at the Crown Jewel House while visiting Austin for a wedding. We wanted housing where our extended family could stay together, convenient to the wedding venue.

CJH exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is spacious, is well outfitted for sleeping and eating with all the amenities, and is located in a quiet suburb--truly a home away from home. We appreciated the extra touches, such as house plants and flowers, lots of windows to let in light and air, and the paved walkways into the open space at the end of the street. In addition, every inch was spotlessly clean.

The location is convenient to the airport and to the East end of town. The driving instructions were a little confusing--check out the location on Google Maps or use an up-to-date GPS.

I would definitely choose CJH over any hotel or even our usual favorite, the Residence Inn, for any future trip to Austin.

A Nice and quiet Place

I went to Austin to take me medical oral boards. I needed a quiet place to relax and do some last minute studying. I could not have picked a better place. It was spacious and easily accomodated all in my party.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The house was very beautiful. They layout of the house was very conveint. The accomidations were wonderful. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Thw owner was very nice and able to meet any of our needs.
