Our house is quietly situated in the center of Grainau at the foot of the Zugspitze with stunning mountain views. Shops and restaurants close by. A few minutes' walk away: Zugspitze station. Spa, indoor, outdoor swimming pool with sauna and bandstand. Bus stop at the house. Beautiful walking, hiking and biking trails begin at the house. Enjoy the beautiful countryside on a horse-drawn carriage or sleigh ride. In winter, skiing at its best: Whether Zugspitze ski area or the classic ski area with the Kandahar can be reached by mountain railway. Our house is open all year round.

The idyllic village at the foot of the Zugspitze Grainau. Grainau lead the cog railway and cable car to Zugspitze Eibsee summit. In the spring, summer and autumn invites hiking, mountain climbing, biking a mountain, or if you prefer a cozy, has wonderful, you can swim and relax on Eibsee. In winter, the Zugspitze region invites, of course, for skiing and snowboarding. The health resort is the ideal departure point for a winter or summer. All seasons have their charms.
