This comfortable / rustic cottage is bright and friendly. It is in a residential area on the outskirts of the medieval village at Flayosc Draguignan in Haut-Var, on an approximately 4000 square meters of land. One lives in the quiet hinterland of the Côte d'Azur, but is easily reached in about 45 minutes. The cottage sleeps 6, built in 1993 and has about 180 square meters of living space on one level. Large living and dining room with fireplace, satellite TV (German) and access to the terrace, directly connected is the open kitchen with freezer, range hood and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, one with a 1.60 m wide bed and two with two single beds. The bathroom has two sinks, a corner bath and shower, adjacent is a fitness room with windows facing the garden. A separate toilet. Washer and dryer. Bringing a pet is allowed. A cot can be requested. Electric radiators. The private swimming pool is 12 mx 5 m (depth: 0.60 m to 1.90 m) tall (alarm), it garden furniture available. Grillin

From Flayosc from the classic Provence and the Cote d'Azur with its beautiful beaches every hour to reach: to Aix-en-Provence with the historic old town about 75 km, 35 km from the Lac de Ste. Croix, St-Tropez, about 73 km. Here, in the Haut Var, you live in a beautiful landscape that exudes calm. There are many picturesque villages such as tour tour (one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France), Villecroze (whose houses are dug into the white rock), Cotignac (sleepy little town with its stately homes and beautiful portals) and many more. Here you can let yourself go.
