Distributed throughout the Pelion there are slightly more than 40 mountain villages and coastal villages - often located truly idyllic - surrounded by thick greenery and high mountains.

The villa, built in 2010 Orea Thea is only 4km from the 'beach house' in Kala Nera removed and is thus removed in less than 10 minutes from this beautiful fishing and holiday village. Also the beaches of Koropi, Kato Gatzea and Afissos min are easily reached in about 15 car. To the mountain village Milies itself is about 10 min. Ride.
In the nearby city of city of Volos (about 30km) it takes about half an hour. Supermarkets can be found virtually on every street. A Lidl is located in Agria (20km).
The Pelion Peninsula is situated about 330 km north from Athens and 230 km south of Thessaloniki and thus almost at the center of the path of both cities.

Cheap flights are available from many airports in Germany: Frankfurt / Hahn (eg with Ryan Air), Nuremberg, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin (eg Air Berlin) directly to the Volos airport (Neas Anchialou). From there you drive very cheap (about € 5, -) with the comfortable green coach in public transport about 45 minutes to Volos bus station (KTEL) or hire a cheap rental car directly at the airport.
Sometimes, however, it is also worthwhile price to drive one of the major airports such as Athens or Thessaloniki and convenient to travel from there to the buses of KTEL to Volos in 3-4h, as bus and train is far cheaper than in Germany.
by ferry (eg Minoan Lines, Superfast, Anek Lines) of Venice, Ancona to Patras or Igouminitsa. From Igouminitsa from it to the house by car only 4/1/2 hours. Here you can plan but a stop at the famous Meteora, which lie on the path. If you drive on Patras, a visit to the famous ancient oracle at Delphi is a cultural must!
