Sugar Top is a gated community with incredible amenities such as a refreshing indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, steam room, whirlpool and 24-hour security and front desk service.

In addition to two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, two bathrooms, a queen-sized pull out sofa, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, this unit is conveniently located near the indoor pool, fitness facility, picnic area, lobby and parking. That means no waiting for elevators!

Wonderful and well equipped condo - Everything was clean and accurately described - We enjoyed the views, pool and gym - The Black's were great to work with and were very prompt in replying to our initial inquiry - We have vacationed many times at Sugar Mountain but had never stayed at Sugartop - It was a great vacation and we hope to stay at the Black's condo again! We recommend Stonewalls Restaurant in Banner Elk to anyone who loves prime rib!

Condo was very roomy and well furnished, bigger than in the pictures. Beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets if needed. Very clean. Great amenities, my daughter was happy spending all day in the pool and hot tub and even got use out of the small, but well equiped gym.
Would definitely return. Only small issue was that the guest bedroom was a little dark, would benefit from a brighter lamp bulb.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Sugartop has great views of the area - enjoyed the view from the balcony. This two bedroom condo was well furnished and the pool on the ground floor common area was great for the kids. I would have preferred to be able to ski in - ski out, but you can't have everything.
Owner's Response: The on-site amenities (within the building) are a real plus especially after a long day on the slopes, hiking, golfing, or shopping! The convenience is a hidden treasure. A soak in the hot tub makes any day even better.

This condo far exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and furnished. Our stay had to be extended due to ice and we had to get a different condo. No comparison! The view of Sugar Mountain was also beautiful!

BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR!

Not only is your condo beautiful but clean and comfortable as well. It was the perfect fit for our family of four with two boys ages 9 & 4. The view over looking the mountains and slopes was incredible. The condo staff were always warm, welcoming and helpful. It definitely sits ON TOP of the mountain. The roads leading up to the actual building seemed well tended to. Having the indoor hot tub/pool was a real plus; not having to trapse in the cold back and forth between the hot tub and the condo as we've done in years past. We will definitely call Ron & Lynn again for our next trip to Sugar Mountain!
