If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. This one bedroom, one bath executive rental is situated on the Penthouse floor of a 4-story condominium complex and offers a 180 degree totally unobstructed panoramic view overlooking the Crown Point Seabird Estuary, Mission Bay, SeaWorld and downtown San Diego.

The pool area is lovely and features a heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, exercise room and sauna. There is a nice BBQ area also with two gas BBQs.

The lights at night are captivating. NO mosquitoes! It's salt water.At high tide the entire bird sanctuary is underwater with just the highest knolls visible as 'islands'.

Cable TV and Internet, WiFi, unlimited phone service, balcony with view.

King size bed with Memory Foam topper. NEW Queen size Murphy Bed can sleep two extra guests. The comfortable living room has an L-shaped couch with soft comfy fabric, a huge flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, phone and awesome view.

Elegant Condo with Stupendous View!

I loved staying in this condo. It was my haven and refuge during a time of great personal stress (I was visiting the area because my father was in the hospital). Words cannot express how I felt when I walked through the door and saw the view- sublime! Watching the birds in the salt marsh, the boats on the bay and the city beyond was inspiring and relaxing. The condo is well equipped and the bed is super comfortable. The story even has a happy ending as Dad is home now and doing very well. I hope to stay in this condo again when I visit my family in Pacific Beach. The rental agent was exceedingly nice and helpful as well.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Hi and thank you for taking the time to look for guest comments. It shows you are a savvy, careful shopper and I admire that! The Crown Point Penthouse is one of the newest addition to Nancy's Vacation Rentals and I am very proud to have it in my group of beautiful panoramic view one bedroom bayfront condos. This is our second home. We live in a picturesque, historic gold-rush town the mountains of San Diego about an hour and twenty minutes from the beach. We used to use this one ourselves a lot but I can't seem to get my husband to come down off the mountain much anymore so I'm now offering it as a Vacation or Business Rental. We thoroughly enjoy it's quiet solitude and lovely view. I hope you will try it and be the first to add your comments for this lovely quiet condo.
