This beautiful Pier Bowl property is a two story home. It is only 200 yards from the ocean and pier. The quaint Spanish Village of San Clemente is only a few walking blocks away. Imagine! full ocean and pier views from the living room, dining room, all three bedrooms, sun room and two balconies. The first floor has the kitchen, dining room, one bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower. Also a balcony. Next to the kitchen is a separate room for the new front loading washer and dryer. A new BBQ is also included for outdoor cooking. Don't forget the spectacular ocean view from dining room, living room, bedroom and balcony! The second floor features two bedrooms with king size beds, each bedroom has its own private bathroom with tub/shower. One of the bedrooms has a convertible couch bed for children to sleep on. It is a state of the art pull out system that is almost as comfortable as a regular bed mattress. There is also a sun room and open balcony.
