This very quaint Englewood Florida condo sits on Manasota Key. It is just a few feet from the bay with a direct - unobstructed view of the bay. It is just few steps to the complex's private beach.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit is completely furnished (turnkey) with a washer and dryer .'Remodeled' unit is light bright and airy! No need to bring anything but clothes and personal items!
Upon walking in, to the right of the pretty furnishings, you will see the most spectacular views of Lemmon Bay through the patio doors. This complex has a wonderful(HEATED) pool, clubhouse, grilling area, shared private boat docks and boat ramp so bring your boat! The docks are a couple of feet from the back patio! TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED PER ASSOCIATION RULES!

$650/week May-Nov
$750/week Dec and April
$950/week Jan-Mar
Does not include Florida state taxes or a $80 cleaning fee. Non-Smoking unit! Two week minimum stay per association rules.
The association DOES NOT allow pets.

$250.00 security deposit secures your spot.
Summer special for July August and September is $500.00 per week or $1600.00 for the month!
This is a great deal considering our regular rates are 650 per week during summer and fall months.
