Housekeepping: (2) rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, (2) rolls of paper towels, full size laundry soap, full size automatic dishwasher detergent, full size liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap pumps (for all sinks, bathrooms and kitchen), bars of soap for each shower and bathtub, facial tissue for each bathroom, complimentary bottle of shampoo for each bathroom, trash can liners with extra liners for all size trash receptacles including outside cans. 1 set of sheets for all beds and 1 set of sheets for each sleeper sofa, 1 wash cloth for each possible occupancy (sleeps 6 then 6 wash cloths), hand towels for all bathrooms, bathmats (1 for each shower, bath tub and jetted tub), bath towels 2 per guest (sleeps 6 then 12 towels). Services also include cleaning and maintaining hot tub water level and proper chemical levels, removing of all trash and ashes from fireplaces and Bar B Q grill. Outside decks are swept. Cleanliness Assurance: Mid-Stay During a long stay (5 nights or longer) done on the fourth day of the stay, the hot tub water and chemicals are balanced and trash is picked up at no extra charge for the mid-stay service. Walk and Lock During a period when the property is not occupied, minimum of every four days we actually walk the property and make sure it is locked, checking for anything that may need attention. Fresh Up If the property is vacant for four days or more we check the property to assure it is clean prior to guest checking in. Example if the property is not rented from Sunday the 1st till Tuesday 17th, this covers two weekends that is possible to have guest make last minute reservation (walk in). On Thursday the 5th we Fresh Up to assure the property is ready, and if not rented we will do another fresh up on Thursday the 12th again assuring the property is ready, and if no rental then again on either Monday the 16th or early the morning of the 17th again assuring the property is ready for gue
