German owners live on the same property about 20 meters - lots of extra wishes are fulfilled at all times, assist in the search for a cheap rental car etc. ..

Rural area, horse stud 'Son Menut' very close, 4 km from the villages of Felanitx and Cas Concos and 15 km from the tourist places like Cala Dor, Santanyi o Colonia Sant Jordi. Idyllic ports of Porto Colom, Porto Petro and Cala Figuera with good restaurants.
