Located in the gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes, in Albrightsville Pennsylvania, right in the heart of the Poconos. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups - all major appliances), a lovely 12 x 13 sunroom and a rear 16 x 35 deck with a 7-person hot tub. Property is secluded and private, located 1/2 block from the main lake. The deck comes complete with a new canopy, a gas grill, and outdoor furniture which seats 12.This beautiful Pocono getaway consists of a vaulted ceiling in the living room with a fireplace and a 36-inch flat screen TV. All 3 bedrooms have TVs with DirecTV and DVD players. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. The living room has 2 queen-sized pullout sofabeds. Everything in the home is BRAND NEW, along with a new central air/heat system. Home was newly renovated in the summer of 2006.

We are located within minutes to the Mount Airy Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino/Pocono Downs Racetrack, Poconos International Speedyway, THE BRAND NEW INDOOR WATERPARK AT SPLIT ROCK RESORT, Camelbeach Water Park (closed in the winter) all major ski resorts, 30 minutes to Dorney Park.

We had out whole family of 10 there and it was great...plenty of room. The hot tub is relaxing ...the deer really are in the yard...and you can see the milky way so clearly at night!
The lake and the beach are beautiful.

Excelent vacation home!

We rented this house for two weeks in July. It met and exceeded our expectations. The place was very well maintained. It had everything we needed. The owner was easy to reach and ready to answer our questions.
The playground was one small block away, which is nice if you stay with kids.

I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay.

Great fun in the Poconos

We have been Vacationing in the Poconos for over 10 yrs. The house we were renting was a hole in the ground campared to this House. The place was very clean and the Hot Tub was very relaxing. The wild life coming right up to the porch was amazing. We are going to rent here again next year.

Excellent getaway

My fiancee and I had a wonderful weekend to ourselves here. The property was just as advertised and immaculately clean. If I could get my own house this clean, I'd be amazed.

The hot tub was wonderful, the deck huge, everything in and around the house worked, and the bonus of seeing a doe and her fawn in the yard every morning was just delightful.

As stated, it's very close to the lake and club house. It was quiet and peaceful, something we were definitely looking for. We didn't use any of the lake association facilities other than kayaking on the lake, which was a lot of fun. If we had more time, we would have checked everything out. We had to register our boats at the club house and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Really, the only disappointment of the whole trip was when we had to leave. Next time we'll book a full week and maybe take the kids. Maybe not.

Great for couples or families, I would definitely recommend this property for a quiet getaway. The owners were great to work with, very professional and helpful and made the paperwork and such easy. Book it and you won't be disappointed.

Great long weekend getaway !!!!

It was a great get together with our friends. There are a lot of places to visit around the area, a lot of things to do (including a casino nearby), enough space in the back of the house to play ball or play basketball in the front of the house. 1/2 block away is a lake with a playground for kids and also a basketball court.

I have to admit, that the house looks a lot better than the pictures we've seen. The deck is absolutelly beautifull. There is a lot of space and lighting. It was really great sitting out until late. We were also lucky that the weather was great as well.

The place is very clean and is very well maintained. It has everything you need, including dishes and all the other supplies needed in the kitchen.

The owner was great to communicate with. We have received very quick responses and he had provided all the details prior to our arrival.

I would definatelly recommend this place. We are in fact hopping that we will be able to go there again later this year for Thanksgiving.
