Remodeled in 2008 studio with new cabinets, appliances & high quality furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to live full time. Great location- 2 blocks to the beach(Pacific). 1 block to commercial center with mini mart, restaurant, tourist service related businesses. 1/2 mile (10 min walk) to main street in Coco with more attractions. Rent includes: AC, cable TV, Internet, laundry, water, 2 swimming pools, monthly cleaning. 350 sf (33m2) with queen size bed + futon (3 adults or 2adults+2 kids).
