Our effort was to build a cozy cottage and equip that will meet your highest of expectations to have to participate without the constraints of a 5 star hotel. Sumptuous design, equipped with the finest materials and leading furniture can be, even in inclement weather there be no tightness. A garden with secluded places in one of the best residential areas of Oberammergau rounds this holiday treat. And as the heart, the woman should not experience a "working vacation" but should recover its best efforts, we offer you on request our daily cleaning service (Mo.-Fr. except holiday).

RESIDENTIAL ENJOYMENT OF THE HIGHEST LEVEL

We endeavored to build and appoint a comfy holiday home to meet the requirements of descerning customers. With its spacious layout, and equipped with the finest materials and most prestigious furniture brands. A garden with cozy little spots, situated in one of the finest residential areas.

RAUMAUFTEILUNG

The ground floor has a large living room with attached conservatory, which is exposed or exposed to the sun from three directions. Next to it, the extremely generous kitchen with corner bench and table at the cozy fireplace and a view from the glass bay window that invites the sun to the last beam into the room. A pantry, a spacious hallway again with cloakroom, stairs to first floor gallery and a guest toilet complete the space on the ground floor. The 2nd floor besteht of two large bedrooms, one with a panoramic window and one with a south-facing balcony, complete with two bathrooms with high-end appointments.

EQUIPMENT

We have literally spared no expense on this property and built it in quality and finish and equipped! This was confirmed by us and the tax office, which read us be given while construction is a special examination. We often hear, "for rent too bad!" No, we wanted to offer something special and we are sure that you will appreciate our Non smoking cottage "feel" and treat it with care.

APPOINTMENTS

Dining table with up to 8 seats, handmade fireplace. Two height-adjustable chairs, mood lighting options.

Bedroom South:

Double bed with two bedside tables, desk with chair (renowned Italian designer furniture), color TV with receiver, large couch area with spare bed, fitted wardrobe with 3 doors. Access to the balcony. Oak flooring.

Bathroom 1: Tiled with marble shower, double vanity with oak base cupboard, toilet.

Bedroom North:

Double bed with two bedside tables and a 4-door wardrobe for the brand Hülsta, atmospheric lighting, oak flooring, picture window.

Bathroom 2: steam shower for two with experience shower and Kneipp device, corner bath, double vanity, relax chair, various lighting effects, access to the east balcony.

GROUND FLOOR

Living Room: End-grained oak parquet, a leather lounge suite Consisting of a three-seater, a two-seater and an armchair. To include a color TV with receiver and DVD player, a hi-fi system, a sun room seating unit with a glass table by rattan contactor. Access to the south-west-facing terrace with electric awning on.

Kitchen: fitted kitchen with granite Extensive branded counter, stainless steel sink, electric induction cooker with 5 burners, vapor hood with exterior fan and sound absorption, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The dining table seats up to 8 persons; hand-made tiled stove. 2 children's high chairs, adjustable in height, attractive lighting options.

Coat rack, Bavarian-style wardrobe, sideboard.

FIRST FLOOR

South-Facing Bedroom:

Double bed with two night stands, desk with chair (renowned Italian designer furniture), color TV with receiver, large couch with spare bed, fitted 3-door wardrobe, access to south-facing balcony. Oak parquet.

Bathroom 1: Marble tiles, shower, twin washbasin with oak base cabinet, toilet.

North-Facing Bedroom:

Double bed with two night stands, 4-door wardrobe, brand Hülsta, romantic lighting options, oak parquet, panoramic window.

Bathroom 2: Steam shower cubicle for 2 persons with water features and Kneipp device, corner bathtub, twin washbasin, recliner, various lighting options, access to the east-facing balcony.

LOCATION MAKES IT!

Our cottage "feel" is located in a quiet residential street close to Oberammergau town center. The sunny location with stunning mountain views and a neat environment is one of the most popular areas in the city. On foot it takes about 4 minutes in the center with all its shops, restaurants, cafes and venues such. As the Passion Play Theatre. The cinema with bar can be reached in 3 minutes. Walks, bike tours start about 100 meters from the house. A carriage mountain and the sun tracks are also accessible in winter in about 4 minutes. To the ski flask Laberberg train or the swimming pool there are max. 4 minutes by car. The train and bus station is about a 10 minute walk away. So to have an ideal location for the car at times.

LOCATION

Our holiday home 'atmosphere' is situated in a quiet residential street near the town center of Oberammergau. This sunny spot with a magnificent mountain view and well-maintained surroundings is one of the most popular locations within our town.

It's just a 4 minutes' walk to the town center with its specialty shops, restaurants, coffee houses and event sites: such as the Passion Play Theatre. A cinema with a bar is a 3 minutes' walk away. Hiking and biking trails start approx. 100 m from the house. In winter, you can walk to a sledding slope and a sunny cross-country trail within 4 minutes. By car, it will take you 4 minutes to reach the ski area piston, the Laber cable car and the indoor pool. The railway station and bus terminal are a 10 minutes' walk away. As you can see, this holiday home is Ideally located for leaving your car in the driveway.

Can't wait to go back!!

My girlfriends and I were on a multi-country European adventure for my 40th birthday and this was by far, the best place we stayed!! Georg was WONDERFUL to work with before and during our stay. Such a wonderful home, town, everything! I could go on and on! What's even more special, the morning of my birthday, Georg popped in and surprised me with a bottle of wine (after hearing that my favorite type was Moscato, he ran out and bought me a bottle upon realizing my birthday was while we were at his home)!! Even more, when he heard that we would be having snow during our stay, he came over to make sure that our rental car had adequate snow tires!! He went above and beyond and now we cannot wait to make more vacation plans here! Thank you again for everything!!

Our new vacation spot!

If you are reading this, then you're one of the fortunate ones who are considering the wonderful opportunity to stay in the beautiful Höldrich family home. As a military member for 20+ years, my family and I have stayed in rentals all over the world to include residences in Italy, England, Croatia, Bulgaria, the Netherlands and Korea, and I can state with complete honesty that we have never stayed in a place that has allowed us to feel as comfortable as this home has done. But this pales in comparison to the kindness shown by the Höldrich family who are quite simply the most gracious and friendliest hosts imaginable! I don't know if we'll ever stay in the Oberammergau area again, but if so my wife has said that she will only stay here. And if it is not available...then we'll just adjust our plans until our "Oberammergau home" is available ;-)

Our family would like to offer our sincerest wishes of gratitude for the hospitality shown by the entire Höldrich family, and if you ever have plans to visit Tennessee, please don't hesitate to contact us so that we may open our home to you.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Haus, ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ortskern mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants, ebenso aber auch auf dem Wanderweg.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Vermieters sowie der mögliche tägliche Reinigungsservice.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

We spent a wonderful ski holiday in this amazing holiday home. The house is very clean and spacious, plenty of room for 7 of us. The best part we liked are the kitchen and the bath room. The kitchen is equipped with high quality wares, not something you see in every holiday homes, that enabled us to really enjoy the dinner we prepared ourselves. The bath room in the master bed room is huge and wonderfully designed. My son even asked if he could sleep in the bath room....we have a baby with us, changing and washing him was very convenient thanks to this bath room.

Overall , this is THE best holiday home we have ever stayed, not one of. and it is definitely more than 5 star! We will surely come back again.

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub ohne Schnee

Unsere vierköpfige Familie hat sich im Haus und in Oberammergau sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) hat der Liegeplatz über dem Kachelofen am besten gefallen. Ausstattung und Betreuung waren super. Das Hallenbad in Oberammergau und die Schleifmühle in Unterammergau sind tolle Ausflugsziele. Dass der Schnee gefehlt hat, ist uns gar nicht aufgefallen.
