This brand new house (2012 newly built) is ideal for large families or groups of 8-10 people. The Detached comfortable cottage is located in a quiet park in Groote Keeten, 500 from the beach. The house is spacious, bright and has all the amenities. South facing terrace. The living room features a moody, contemporary decor, comfortable seating, heated floors and a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge freezer, 6-plate stove. The EC is also a toilet, a room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom for 2 persons with en suite shower, toilet, and a double sink. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 8 single beds.
