Our house is located in a quiet and beautiful location on a hill above the village of Colina de Chilches Benajarafe on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia (Andalucía).

The holiday home is an ideal place for all those who have loved to spend their vacation near the Mediterranean Sea and the beaches of Andalusia, but still want to enjoy a peaceful rural location with all the benefits of a holiday home vacation time.

The nearest beautiful beaches (including a nudist beach) are by no means crowded. Even in the high season there is always a spot.

The house is located about 20 minutes east of Malaga and is an ideal starting point for day trips to the Moorish heritage sites Granada (1.45 hours), Cordoba (about 2 hours), Seville (2.5 hours) or Ronda ( about 1.45 hours).

Highly recommended are also the smaller towns of Antequera (1 hour) and Nerja (0.5 hours), with a side trip to Frigiliana (15 minutes from Nerja).

Since we inhabit both (Gabi and Emil Schreiber) the cottage in the months of November and December as winter quarters itself, we have taken care of almost all the essential amenities of everyday life that we will not list them all in the sequence that you but almost without exception available . stand

The house has a living space of about 125 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The main entrance ground floor provides direct access to living and dining room with beautiful views over an olive grove on the Mediterranean Sea.

The spacious bed provides space to enjoy the view outside into nature and the sea, which glimpses upon the fireplace or TV (UK satellite television).

Next to the living area immediately adjacent to the large kitchen with a 4-burner stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, toaster and much more.

A small toilet with sink is also located adjacent to the living room.

The living room leads through a beautiful tiled staircase in the Andalusian styles in the main bedroom of the house.

The sleeping area offers 2, for southern conditions, large bedrooms each with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers 1.

Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea.

In addition to the two bedrooms there is still a functional bathroom with sink, mirror cabinet, bathtub / shower and toilet and even one small sidings or currently work space.

A cot with mattress out of the storage room can be used at no extra charge.

Of the first Floor access via another staircase to a sun terrace with stunning views all around.

Frankly, however, we use this terrace only very rarely.

Beautiful are for the three cascading outdoor terraces, which leads from the living room and dining room.

Garden furniture, sun loungers, tables a permanently installed grill and outdoor shower are available and should in sunny days express to sunbathe, relax and be used for all meals. For desired shade it provides an awning on the main terrace or a parasol.

The basement was rebuilt shortly after moving into the house in 2011 to a basement apartment.

In the basement is a large room with 2 sleeping possibilities, a sitting area, 2nd TV and a large bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 storage rooms.

There is parking for your car can be found on the grounds of the facility.

For an extra charge of 25 € you can monthly book our own use Internet access.

Our house is located in a quiet and beautiful location on a hill above the village of Colina de Chilches Benajarafe on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia (Andalucía).

The area is rural, with many olive and avocado plantations and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are still everywhere freely accessible and unspoilt.

The most beautiful beaches in the area are located in the direction Benerjerafe about 3-4 km.

Extensive walking through the olive groves and two medium-sized hiking (10 km), including the Pueblo Blanco Macharaviaya, can be taken directly from the house.

In Chilches Costa (approximately 2 km) there is a large Mercadona supermarket, Mon-Sat to 21 15 h is open. Rincon de la Victoria, a typical Andalusian town with about 30 000 inhabitants, 5 km away. This is where most shops are open on Sundays until 14 h. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants.
