perfect spot for our family

This townhouse has everything one needs for comfort and ease of access to all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer.
we brought our two adult children and their spouses,,and a grandchild from each family,,,there was ample room for all, with private baths for each family,,and diaper space for the pee-wees,,,
pool close but not noisy,,good parking right up against the house,,easy shopping,,food and otherwise,,,bathrooms modern and excellent condition,,,great use of washer and dryer in kitchen area,,,fantastic screened porch with bbq gas grill for nearly daily use,,,owners very helpful and gave some great advice,,,need more hangers in closets,,
nice kitchen appliances,,and lots of couch space,,,tvs need some new flat panels with dvr capacity,,
tennis courts across the parking lot,,easy access,,
recommend this condo as being faily priced and well maintained,,, no smoking a great plus,,,,thanks Barry from Marv and Jane and Family
Owner's Response: Thanks so much for the kind comments. We are eager to respond to our renters' concerns. We will certainly take care of supplying more hangars. As for the tv's, we will put them on the long-term list. As our repeat clients know, we try to improve a little bit every year. We may not be able to replace the tv's right away, but we'll get there eventually.
