Apartment furnished in a modern and well equipped

The Residence Villa Conti is located quietly in the south of the island of Elba in a slightly elevated panoramic location in the Gulf of Lacona amidst a beautiful park, shaded by pines, almond and olive trees, only about 1 km from the sea near the beautiful sandy beach of Lacona and Laconella with a lot of sports and entertainment for young and old.

The apartments of the Villa Conti tasteful spread over 3 buildings (main building, annexe bungalow and single) in the middle of the large property and adults and children are great places to unwind, relax and play. Guests are offered by the hospitable and helpful landlord varied recreational opportunities: barbecues, small attached imagined Swimming pool (11 x 5m) with sunbathing area, children's playground. Restaurants, pizza restaurants and food shops are not far away near the beach. Laundromat. Parking on site. The particular location of this residence offers a relaxing evening on a hillside and wonderful days at sea!

Nearest Beach : beach at 1 Kilometres

Lacona is a vast plain of the Gulf of Lacon with the largest and most beautiful bay in the southern part of Elba, known as the "big beach" because it about 2 miles long and 20 meters wide and has 2 swimming pools with service. The wide, bright fine sandy beach shelves gently into the crystal clear waters and is therefore suitable for children. But for sports fans are a variety of ways: Surfing and scuba diving, sailing boat rental, etc., as well as smaller bars and restaurants. The towns of Marina di Campo are 12 km and 9 km from Portoferraio, Elba is about 10 km.
