We offer you our stunning fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 1/2 car garage, pool home with games room situated on river ridge golf course in the most desirable community of rosewood, river ridge. Privately located in a cul de sac with breathtaking views of conservation back and front. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, banks, golf, country club with fitness center and pool. Our home is fully equipped, has a private screened swimming pool with furnished sun deck and charcoal BBQ. Inside the home you will enjoy luxury quality furniture, beds with fine linen. WI-FI, satellite t.v. and free phone calls within the U.S.A. to land lines. Our home is professionally cleaned, managed and maintained by a local reputable manager. It is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and alarmed doors. The local golf course was designed by Ron Garl, it is 4615 yards and a monthly membership is available at approx $84 per person/ per month.

***Awesome Villa****

We stayed from 5th Feb 09 - 12th Feb 09 and loved everything about the villa. Very modern and tastefully decorated with a great TV and swimming pool!!! Even a table tennis table.
Loads of room

Great quiet cul-de-sac location next to a stunning nature reserve!!
The management couple were quick to deal with any issues.

A car is a must. I normally like to have a bar within walking distance, however no major problems with so many supermarkets within a short drive it is easy to stock up on beer and all other essentials and have a relaxing evening in, having explored the local area.
Highly recommended, would love to go back!!!!
Need I say more. Congratulations on a great property..

Beautiful home in a nice community

We all enjoyed our stay at the villa. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. I would rent this home again with no hesitation. My daughter learned to swim in the pool, I was able to relax and read a book. We enjoyed several of the restaurants in the area, went to the beach and universal while we were there. I have to say it was one of the most relaxing vacation I have ever had, we weren't rushing around to get a bunch of stuff done. The management staff was great.
