On 140 square meters total area a unique atmosphere is created, which can accomodate up to 5 people away from everyday life. After a day of innumerable impressions of the city, you can bounce in the comfortable suspended swings on the roof terrace. You can watch the sunset and then later the starry sky while you are grilling with friends (electric grill provided) or sharing your experiences with friends via the Internet from the private office. If you enjoy cooking, the fully equipped open kitchen is a pleasure that you can enjoy together with your friends at the adjoining bar. It is easily reachable by elevator or the street entrance. Thus saving you annoying searching for available parking slots. Belgrade downtown is not subject to the 3 hour parking restriction.

CLEAN BUT VERY BASIC FLAT WITH A VIEW

A very minimalist, basic level of accommodation with a fantastic view over the balcony parapet. Our holiday was hampered by a lack of any written information about the flat. Finding e.g, towels was a chore, not to mention the parking space. We never did find toilet paper or the advertised soaps. Several things were broken, including two of the doors to the balcony, the front door key and something in the bathroom drain that made it stink to high heaven. One of the two lifts was broken all through our stay, and the other did not work as we were leaving, so had to lug everything down the stairs. On a positive note, Tina booked a couple rides for us with an excellent taxi driver. However, luxury this is not.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, BRIGHT ATMOSPHERE, CARING HOST

The listing description and photos are accurate. At arrival we were welcomed with clean and well maintained facilities. The location offers even more than advertised. Rigth in front of the building is a 24/7 neighbourhood store. Belgrade's top attraction is several steps up the street, as well the most charming cafe corner stores with view of Cathedral Saint Sava and park with colour fountain and playground. ATM, currency exchange, pharmacy, health food stores, supermarket, restaurants and fresh food market are all around the block, yet it is the most calm, safe, central and well-kept neighbourhood we visited in Belgrade. The owner was more than helpful in all our queries regarding what to do, where to go and went far-out of her way to create a memorable stay for us. We recommended this beautiful apartment to our daughter visiting Belgrade in fall and to anyone else wanting to experience high quality home away from home and exceptional location!

Sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig, sehr herzlicher Empfang, gute Tipps und Unterstützung, saubere, praktische Wohnung, Dachterrasse mit Rundsicht auf Belgrad, grosser Markt mit Frischprodukten in Fussdistanz, Klimaanlage, Lift, bequeme Betten, alleswas man braucht ist da. SCHÖNE PENTHOUSE-FERIENWOHNUNG

Grosszügiges Wohnen über den Dächern von Belgrad im 9. Stock. Der Blick von der Dachterasse war fantastisch.-allerdings im Stehen. Die Wohnung liegt schön in einem netten Viertel von Belgrad. Zum Hotel Moskau ist es etwa eine viertelstunde zu Fuß oder zwei Stationen mit dem Bus. Busfahrkarte kaufen lohnt sich. Wir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin Tina per SMS mit tollen Restaurant-Tips versorgt, die alle auch in der Nachbarschaft lagen wie Villa Maska (da waren wir zweimal sogar mit einer deutschen Freundin/Kollegin) oder Frans. Das Internet (WLAN )ist ohne PIN und wir waren zunächst wohl bei einer Nachbarwohnung zugange, bis ich bemerkte, dass unser router ohne Strom war und wir dann das wohnungseigene WLAN aktivieren konnten..Tina haben wir gar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, da sie als Freiwillige im Flutkatastrophenkrisengebiet sich engagiert hat. Tina war aber extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns nachts um halb eins bei einem Problem mit einem Taxifahrer geholfen, der von uns einen total überhöhten Preis verlangte. Zitat "einfach aussteigen" Wir wurden von Seka betreut.Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder anmieten.
