This beautiful house is located in a rural area about 3 km from the port of La Savina and above the lagoon, Porto Saler. To about 170 m2, spread 2 bedrooms, an additional bedroom with separate entrance, 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and a living area with fireplace. All rooms have lovely sea views. From the covered terrace with dining area and sun terrace located in front of some stairs leading to the pool area (pool 12x6 mts.). This is shared by the neighboring house. Just a stone's throw it to Sant Francesc with chic boutiques, restaurants and bars or take a trip on the high plateau of La Mola, where you will find the famous hippy market. Formentera is famous for its fantastic, beautiful beaches such as Playa de Migjorn, Playa Ses Canyes or Espalmador peninsula. Just enjoy this incredible paradise.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The rent refers to the maximum occupancy. 4 people. Each additional person (up to max. 6) costs an additional € 30 per night. The rental for July and August (top season) can be requested please. Arrival / Departure time: ready for occupancy from 15 clock at 11 clock is check out (or by appointment).
  • The final cleaning is charged at 100 €. It stands a Spanish cleaning lady available on request (12 € per hour). If desired, washed and ironed them and their personal laundry. A deposit of 300 € in cash is payable on arrival. This will be refunded after inspection of the apartment.
  • After receiving the confirmation, a deposit (including cleaning) of 30% of the total amount due. The balance should be paid at least 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation: up to 4 weeks before arrival - 30% of the rent; to 3 weeks - 40% to 2 weeks - 60% and less than 2 weeks will be charged 100% of the rent.
