The common garden is a swimming pool (20 x 6 m) with deck chairs and parasols, further mini golf, tennis court, reception lounge, elevator, small bar (in summer) and parking. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Center for approximately 800 meters.

Pietra Ligure is a lovely seaside town that is adjacent to Loano and in a long bay is surrounded by green hills. A 3 km long, well-kept sandy beach slopes gently into the sea. Toward Finale Ligure is another 3 km long pebble beach, which is mostly free of charge. Provide sports and entertainment: water skiing, boat rides, miniature golf, bowling, tennis, indoor swimming pool, cinemas, nightclubs and a variety of events. Shops, restaurants and cozy pubs in the Old Town and along the Via Aurelia. Excursions are possible to the caves of the old Saracen Toirano and Borgio Verezzi.
