Our house is only 3 years old, on 1 acre, corner lot with lots of trees, outside storage house/shed, RV access and a 2 car garage. Master bedroom suite is huge with dbl. door entry, deck, master- bathroom with Jacuzzi-jet bathtub, double showers, large walk-in closet, and travertine tile throughout. Wood floors throughout downstairs, Berber carpet upstairs, custom tile, marble and travertine in bathrooms. Second bathroom upstairs has a Jacuzzi-jet bathtub as well. Upstairs bedrooms have a King size bed in the master, queen size beds one in each of the upstairs additional bedrooms. 4th bedroom downstairs is not available for guest use; it's secured for storage. 3rd full-bathroom is located downstairs with a large size standing shower. Beautiful custom cabinets in kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Just added a new 680 sqf. composite deck, complete with patio furniture. Everything custom in this home with no details spared!!

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for walks, jogs or running; only 14 miles from beautiful, scenic road from I-80.
