Photos and Description of the Königsleiten vacation apartment rental

Our rustically furnished, comfortable holiday home (newly built) has an adjacent apartment for guests. The kitchen and dining nook are intergrated in the living room. An open fireplace makes it very cosy. There are large sliding door on the southern terrace which offer a spectacular view of the mountains. There are 9 - 15 hours of sun daily in January. No traffic noise, since it's located in a quiet side street, floor heating and satellite TV.

The cabin is located in an alpine holiday village 1,600 m above sea level with a sunny south location. It's only 4 minutes by foot to the lifts. Numerous guesthouses and rest stops are in the vicinity. An observatory and planetarium. Krimmler waterfalls 12 km, trips to Bad Gastein, Großglockner, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Venice. Diverse hiking opportunities, guided hikes on request.

Further Details: Super ski region - Gerlos-Königsleiten 1,600-2,350 m with 45 lifts and 115 km runs, no queues, snow guaranteed from December to April! No pets!,

Ski: The house is located at an altitude of 1,600 m in the ski region of Königsleiten (1,600 - 2,350 m). 150 m away from the house are two lifts to the ski area and a tow-rope for practice. There are runs of up to 70 km and 25 lifts on the Gerlospaß. Ideal conditions are from the beginning of December to the beginning of May. Otherwise, one can cross country ski, enjoy sledding or take a ski tour (also with guides).

Other Activities: Guided mountain and glacier tours, hiking from cabin to cabin, white water rafting
