The 5 1/2 bedroom house with two bathrooms and generous living room is situated next to a small lake under the palm trees in the settlement of Morgan Point in Kissimmee / Orlando. A great advantage of the house, the shady, covered veranda before spacious, heated swimming pool. The hotel also features four tennis courts with floodlights (hard courts), which can be used free of charge. Around a variety of courses are available. The theme parks, including Disney, Seaworld, etc., are located in an environment of 30-40 minutes. The house is absolutely central, and allows a user the fastest possible access to all the parks, shops with American low prices, as well as a variety of restaurants. The ride from the airport to the house takes about 20 minutes. The house is a "house keeper" care, which can be reached by phone during office hours and in case of emergencies, 24 hours available. In the building Morgan Point residents mainly live and few tourists, which the tenant is a real Am

Kissimmee's neighboring town of Orlando. All Attraktioen (Disney parks, Universal Studios, Iceland Adventure of the new Harry Potter park, Sea World, Gatorland, Wet n'Wild the water parks, Typoon Lagoon uws) and outlet shopping center in about 30-40 minutes away. Golf courses and restaurants are all within 20 minutes. Einfkaufsmöglichkeiten for daily needs, you can find in 5 minutes. Everything goes with car.
