Large ocean view rooftop deck, built-in BBQ Grill. Six beach bikes. 42 inch Plasma TV in living room. Cable, HBO, Showtime, On Demand

This is perfect for a small family or even three adult couples looking for something a lot nicer than the standard beat-up, beach rentals in Newport. There's nothing wrong with those rentals, but if you want a classy place to stay at the beach this is it. All guest bedrooms include hotel style Linens, Toiletries and 2 Turkish Bathrobes. As a courtesy to our downstairs neighbors, we limit the age of children allowed in the home to 4 and above.

Our upstairs townhouse is located conveniently between both Piers on the Peninsula; this is a quieter location than being right on the boardwalk, or if you were staying near the Piers, but you're only steps away from it all when you want it. Then you can return 'home' to your quiet and convenient location. If you're looking for a beach rental 'party house' this is NOT the place to stay. We want to rent our luxurious home to mature adults who will respect the home and be considerate to all our neighbors.

Amazing Time

6 of us came to visit for a wedding and stretched it through the New Year. Russ thought of everything, the house came fully equipped. Nice location, definitely would stay again in the future. Really made the trip memorable

I stayed here for 8 nights in June......This home was everything one could ask for and more....Not only is it better than the pictures look.....the hospitality welcoming is so nice. The home is beautiful. You do not need to bring anything but groceries, yourself and friends. You have the bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, towels...etc. and a garage for small car. The upstairs roof patio is so nice with bbq and all. I will definitely be staying here again. You will love it here...Tina

If you are looking for an outstanding southern Cal property for short-term rental, this is it.

Great location for beach, restuarants, area attractions and very convenient to Santa Ana airport.

Perfect property for size and amenities.

Would highly recommend. Family could not have had a better time in a more perfection location.

This house is well worth the money, very close to the beach but off the boardwalk where numerous people are biking/running/etc. Plus, you can't beat the use of all the bikes/towels/beach supplies! And we were close to the piers, fun zone, and balboa island. The beds were comfortable and it was one of the few house we looked at where 3 couples could have there own space within a shared space. And the rooftop deck is fantastic! Would recommend this house for anyone looking to visit the area!

Loved the location!

We waited 29 years to do this vacation and it was everything we hoped it would be. The rental was everything it claimed it was and better. We will not wait 29 years to do this vacation again and when we do we hope to come back to this rental. Russ was great to work with!
