Amazing Getaway

We arrived late, and had battled many disasters on our way (think tornados!) so we walked in with trepidation. Well, this place made everything worth it and more. We could hear the ocean gently shushing from the balcony, and the crickets singing out a night chorus as we breathed in the lush ocean air. The next morning, after a lovely nights sleep, we enjoyed a complimentary coffee looking out directly onto the ocean, watching bunnies graze below us, dolphins frolic in the ocean in front of us, and solemn pelicans fly in file above us. This place is much, much nicer than it looks in the photographs, clean, comfortable and spacious for a couple, would probably be good with young children too. We were enjoying a delayed honeymoon, and this place provided sunshine, relaxation and the friendliest people we had ever met. We were there at the culmination of easter holidays and the Heritage golf tournament, and were informed that it was "busy" by the locals. We never had any trouble finding a spot on the beach (just walk onto it and there one was) or a table at a restaurant. Can reccommend Captain Woody's for oysters and the smokehouse for ribs, also the mellow mushroom does awesome pizza and an amazing amount of great beers on tap.
Best trip ever, cannot say thank you enough!
