This is a great vacation rental for a small family. Seaside Villas are located oceanfront in the South Forest Beach area. This area features one of the greatest beaches on the island, plus proximity to numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants. We offer you our third-floor, oceanfront, corner villa for your vacation enjoyment. The villa is newly renovated, and includes full kitchen facilities. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa and two built-in bunk beds in a private alcove area for the children. A TV and VCR are provided as well. You will find it difficult to decide whether to relax on your balcony, enjoy the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean, or frolic in one of two on-site swimming pools.

My kids and I spent a week at this condo before they headed back to school. The condo is located within walking distnace to Cologny Square where there are shops and plenty of dining establishments not to mention the trusty piggly wiggly grocery store. The interior was adequate and comfy. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and large, maybe a little too large for the room but all we did was sleep in there anyway. We enjoyed the facility and the pool, the only problem we encountered was the rusty bike chains but I am sure that happens alot with the humidity. We had a great week and would definitely recommend the condo especially for the price.
