Enjoy this breathtaking A-Frame Chalet which faces a very peaceful street. This home has been remodeled and renovated from the inside, out! Beautiful hard-wood floors created a sleek and fresh atmosphere. This home is newly furnished and includes all new appliances. The main level is open and provides an awesome view of the forty foot wood Cathedral ceiling, as well as a flat screen wall-mounted TV. This level also contains a master bedroom, furnished with a spectacular antique bed. The bathroom is quaint and full of character. The kitchen is perfect for the guest who loves to have the amenities they need right at their fingertips.

At the top of a charming staircase are two loft bedrooms. You may look over the balcony for a full view of the living room. There are two sundecks with outdoor furniture so that you may enjoy the ocean breeze. At the ground level of the home is a game room with a full sized ESPN Air Hockey Table. A TV and board games are provided just in case the children want to entertain themselves!

There are many excellent restaurants nearby, casual and formal, as well as nightlife.

USA Today listed the Isle of Palms as one of the 'cleanest beaches in America.' Enjoy a very short walk to the ocean, or you may like to rent a golf cart. Historic Downtown Charleston is just 20 minutes away, just over the nearby Isle of Palms Connector! This amazing Chalet is perfect for family and friends, or even a solo getaway!

Wonderful location, Beautiful Home!!!

The pictures don't even do it justice! It is such a cute, quaint beach chalet in a great location. It is located approximately one block from the beach and all the best restaurants. The famous "Windjammer" is located just at the other end of the street and it's a straight shot to get back home after a night of fun and music. The homeowners are very responsive and accomodating and quick to respond to inquiries or questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and will definitely visit this chalet again.
