This immaculate two-bedroom/one-bath cottage sleeps five and is cozy and affordable. It's located one-half mile from Cockle Cove Beach on warm Nantucket Sound. Situated on a quiet dead-end road with a nearby childrens playground, this property is protected and cooled by pine trees and salty breezes.

Special features include a sky-lighted kitchen, cathedral ceiling with light, 2 ceiling fans, a deck with slider access, and a covered front porch. Amenities include a colored cable TV with VCR/DVD, an outside shower, dishes, utensils, blankets, and pillows. Well-maintained with new counters and flooring.

Available May through October. We offer a weekly rental; off-season rates are available in the spring and fall.

Cute, cozy and close to the beach

This cottage is located on a small loop that was once a single cottage colony. The area is very quiet (except for some crows in the early morning) and well treed. The cottage small but well-equipped, perfect for 2 or three people. The landlady is local and available if you have any issues. Beds are comfortable, nice outdoor shower, and the cottage is very clean, with new floors and windows. There is a nice deck and a front porch for outside dining. It's about 3/4 mile to the beach and the bike trail is even closer. You can also walk to the local ice cream shop. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks, Pat.
