In addition, there are eight tennis courts (4 lighted) and a tennis shop. The development offers 4 pools and spas conveniently located at each corner.

We have been married for twenty years. We live in Northern California not far away from Sacramento. We are very active with social activities. We love to travel, go for walks, dance, swim, play games (cards and board), play with our cats - basically have fun!

Why Cathy Dubowski chose Palm Desert

I lived in Southern California while growing up. The Palm Springs area was always a short drive away to go for the weekend. I would go with girlfriends for a weekend adventure. My sister and her husband bought a place in Palm Desert quite a few years ago and she has lived in the same house since. We have tried to get her to move closer to us but she will not budge - she loves Palm Desert! While visiting her for a few weeks back in 2004 we decided to purchase this condo because, frankly, we really do enjoy the Palm Desert area too.

What makes this condo unique

We love the fact that we don't have to stay at a hotel when we go to Palm Desert. We have the luxury of an 1,800+ square foot fully furnished condo that has a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains from our living room, master bedroom and patio. It's nice having a washer and dryer and a two car garage too. When staying in a hotel or hotel (villa) you still know you are in a hotel. You have to search for parking, whereas at this condo you pull into the attached two car garage. If we stayed in a hotel or hotel (villa) for a month the cost would be astronomical. To stay in this condo it is $3,500 for the month (approx. $115/night). If we stayed at a hotel or hotel (villa) for a month we wouldn't have all of the amenities or the square footage of this condo. If we did find a hotel (villa) with the same amenities that this condo has it would cost us a ridiculous amount.

We love the fact that two grocery stores are across the street from us. We are approximately 2 miles away from the Tennis Gardens and the freeway. We are centrally located so nothing is too far away. And as I mentioned above, we LOVE to dance. We go to Mariott's Esmerelda's in Indian Wells - approximately 2 miles away from us to dance to a wonderful band called the Art of Sax.
