Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Shasta Lake, California

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $100.00 Per Night, With A 3 Night Minimum
  • Rates are: $100.00 per night for the spring and summer 2008 with a three night minimum.
    Monthly: Can be negotiated depending on the season.

    In order to book your dates you must pay $200 security deposit within 7 days of your request. All other fees must be paid 45 days in advance of your arrival.
    Cancellation fees 30-45 days of arrival, $200.
    Cancellation fees 15-30 days of arrival, 50% of rental fee.
    Cancellation fees 0-15 days of arrival, no refund .
    Pets are welcome with an additional deposit of $50.00, that is refundable if no damage is done to the home
