Located on a quiet street, this bright, sunny, and year-round house with a cottage feel is only an 8 minute walk from The Harbor and Downtown. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Maine Lobster Festival, The North Atlantic Blues Festival, the Jazz Festival, and the Maine Boats, Homes, and Harbors Show. Rockland is also home to the Nationally known Farnsworth Art Museum, the Wyeth Center, great galleries, shopping, and fabulous restaurants. Schooners leave daily from the harbor for sightseeing and ferries leave several times a day for quaint islands. Visit the Owls head Transportation Museum and lighthouses that line the shore. Nearby beaches. Off street parking, a large yard with picnic table, and it's a great place to unwind from your busy day. Living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), bathroom (1) with tub only, porch. Full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave and cooking utensils; bedding/linens, towels. This is a no smoking and no pet rental.
