This two bedroom, 2 bath privately owned condominium is located at the Seawinds, a popular beachfront property on Marco Island, Florida. You and your guests will enjoy sweeping views north to Naples and south to the Ten Thousand Islands from the balcony of this top-floor corner unit.
This property is clean and comfortably furnished. Accommodations for up to six guests include a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a sofa sleeper in the livingroom for two additional guests.
The unit features comfortable leather furniture in the living room. There are tile floors throughout.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay; with all linens, towels, dishware, glasses and cookware. A washer/dryer is available as well.
The Seawinds offers parking, tennis courts and swimming pool. There is a boardwalk that leads directly out to the sandy beach. Shops, restaurants and resort hotels are all a short walk away! Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Jacuzzi, Pool Heated, Elevator, Laundry in Unit, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront.
