- The home is divided into three separate living areas, a main upper level, a self contained guest quarters on the lower level (included in the rental lease), and a separate private apartment for our caretaker. The main upper area sleeps 4 and is surrounded ocean side by a wooden deck from which to enjoy the sunrise each morning as you start another day in paradise. This level contains a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a greatroom for living and dining comfort and full-size fully furnished kitchen. The octagonal greatroom has large windows and window seats which offer a spectacular 180° view of the ocean and includes a living area with sofa bed and a dining area with a table that seats 8. The greatroom opens to a full size kitchen. A separate downstairs unit is included in the lease. This unit contains a full bath, one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed.
