Large lanai and pool area with spa. 3 bedrooms are all with flat-screen tvs, 2.5 bathrooms. The house ideal for 2 couples plus kids. Located in the prefered SW part of Cape Coral, overviewing an intersection of wide canals.

The entire villa including the outside area has a mediterrenean flair. The elegant game room offers a poker table and several games for children and adults.

  • Prices are net rental rates per week for 2 adults and 2 kid of the ages of 12 or below. Each additional guest will be charge with USD 110 net. The taxes are currently 11% to be added. Further information are supplied on CapeCoralRentalHouses and on request. Final cleaning is USD 150 to be paid to the property manager. Electric fee is USD 0.12/kWh. 2 weeks minimum rental for Easter and Christmas and surcharge of 20% at that time. Down pamynet is 30% of the net rental rate, min. USD 850. Security deposit is USD 700. Beddings, towels, beach-towels, WLAN, BBQ use, pool cleaning, garden service is supplied by the owner. Changes may apply without any notice.
