Spectacular Views & Walk to famous Sunset Blvd: Pool & Hot Tub

What a splendid home! We just returned from our stay in this home while out in West Hollywood. We had such a wonderful experience staying here. First of all, it is absolutely beautiful. The skyline views and beautiful setting within the neighborhood are first class. The view off of the balcony/patio is absolutely stunning. The home is also very spacious, we needed 5 bedrooms and everyone was comfortable throughout our stay. The location is perfect. First of all you can literally walk to many nightlife hotspots and wonderful restaurants on the Sunset Strip…And boy are there a lot to choose from! But also, it’s within reasonable driving distances to most locations. You can get to Hollywood Blvd and Rodeo Drive in approx 5 minutes. It took us only a half hour or so to get to the Staples Center and Dodger Stadium. About 15 minutes to get to Ventura Blvd, and about 20-30 mins to get to Santa Monica Beach. (Considering no roadwork or accidents, etc.). We really enjoyed our time in the jacuzzi and the secluded heated pool. We really felt so comfortable here and it was a great place to come home to every night. And finally, I can’t express how easy it was to work with the homeowner. Claudia offered some great recommendations for eating and going out in the area. She was very attentive to our every detail regarding the stay. We needed help on Thurs with something in regards to the pool and she had the pool guy fix it within hours while we were gone that day. We cannot wait to come back out to LA, and when we do we can’t wait to rent this home again if it is available! Thank you Claudia for opening your home to us!

After doing an intensive online search, we found Claudia's property. She was prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. She was especially helpful once we arrived in LA late at night and couldn't find the house!

The house is located just a short walk down the hill from Sunset Blvd where we used to grab our morning lattes. It's only a short stroll to some fantastic restaurants. We were two families with young children sharing the house and it was definitely big enough for all of us. We had rented two cars and there was ample parking. The property was very clean and we loved some of the retro feel that it had.

The pool (once it warmed up!) and the hot tub were a fantastic addition.

We definitely plan on returning and would recommend this property to all!
