Exquisitely-furnished two-bedroom condo on secluded waterfront within The Legends, an award-winning gated golf community in Fort Myers, FL. The ground-floor unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, dinette and living room. Attractive and popular open concept known as Carlisle. Overlooks the only natural lake in the community which features an 18-hole golf course, tennis, swimming, etc. Internet connectivity included.

There are two pools: one nearby the condo and another beside the beautiful spacious clubhouse. Grounds are immaculate with spectacular palms and magnificent flowers everywhere. Condo has golf membership which may be transferred to renters for a reasonable fee.
