You'll love this wonderful beach retreat with panoramic ocean views from Catalina Island to Malibu! Dolphins can be seen nearly everyday playing in the waves amongst the surfers. The bird's eye view also allows for great people watching on the strand. The entire upper floor is available for vacation rental in this all vacation rental triplex.

This is a 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom beach house which sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Together, the kitchen, dining and living room create an open 'great room' which offer spectacular views. A bright dining area which seats 8 compliments a well appointed seating area with chocolate leather sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter and is a great place to enjoy a beverage.

A recent remodel includes all new windows and three giant sliding glass doors facing the ocean, new bamboo floors, all new furniture, new recessed lighting, new cozy fireplace, memory foam queen sized beds, new flat screen TVs in each bedroom, all new linens & much more. Also at least one garage space is included. Laundry on the premises. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels also included.

Wonderful oceanfront vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful condo on the beach last week. It was so relaxing and we just couldn't get over the view! The condo was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for the week. There were several restaurants within a 2 minute walk in North Manhattan Beach, and every day we walked (about 20 min) or rode the bikes (about 7 min) down to the Pier area where there are many great restaurants and shops. Brendan met us when we arrived, and was very responsive to our emails and questions before we got there. We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation, and we plan to come back sometime soon!

Worth Every Penny!

My wife, 10 year old son, and myself just returned from an absolutely wonderful week at the Manhattan Beach property on the Strand. The property/location/views exceeded our expectations, and we could not have been happier with our time there. Waking up to the the 3 walls of glass, looking out to the pacific, made the start of each day absolutely amazing. Its difficult to effectively express in words the majestic views from the property, but let me tell you it would be very hard to not feel relaxed and happy in this beautiful three bedroom unit. We experienced amazing 70 degree weather all week (in January!), which made our son happy as he could spend every day on the beach, which was just steps from the unit. We rented wetsuits for $10/day at El Porto Surf Shop, which was about 2 blocks away! We also loved using the beach cruisers every day, so fun to cruise up and down the coast. The kitchen was gorgeous and had every tool imaginable, we cooked a few times, and loved it! We will indeed be coming back. Wonderful town, amazing rental. Thanks so much for a great experience, it was worth every penny!

The perfect business trip

My colleague and I recently stayed at Brendhan's place and we would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone traveling to the LA area. We had meetings in downtown LA -- the commute was easy back and forth and it was so lovely to come home to the beach. The entire front of the house opens onto the beach, so you can feel like you are on the beach from the living room. Everything about the house was nice, clean, and welcoming. The location is ideal for walking on the beach, biking, restaurants, shopping, coffee -- it has it all. We would stay there everytime we are in LA if the house is available.

Great Place on the Beach

wonderful location, the apartment was very clean , views of the ocean from 3 sides of the apartment, owner couldn't have been nicer . My husband loved the fact that there was beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach and bicycles so he could ride along the beach, many restaurants in walking distance. The washer and dryer was also a plus for me. Would stay there again in the future.

Amazing Place and Perfect Location!!!

Just returned home to Oregon after the most wonderful week at Manhattan Beach! We were so pleased with EVERYTHING! When we arrived all of us were so pleased and excited: the amenities are endless: washer and dryer, boogie boards, bikes, comfortable beds, lots of dishes and linens, great flat screen TVs, everything very modern. Best of all- the most beautiful beachfront view you will EVER experience with the most awesome deck! Highly recommend this place, not only for the condo itself but the LOCATION! We enjoyed the endless stretch of the Strand and especially appreciated Brendan's list of restaurant recommendations and places to grocery shop and see which were used and so appreciated (and all very close!!). The Fish House is brand new (walking distance!) and we never would have known about it without Brendan. We will return for sure and have already spread the word to our Oregonian friends. Highly recommend Catalina Island on your birthday (free ferry ride and so many people with the same birthday!), Six Flags Magic Mountain, and endless walks on the beach, walks, runs and bike rides - WOW- what a great place.
