This Condo is just perfect located for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!
We have spend a great time there, everything is just as decribed. Furthermore it was very comfortable that the parking was included and you really feel safe and welcome in that building.

Location, layout amenities, etc.

The property was very clean, and well-maintained.

Great Condo - Great Location

If you are aiming to stay in Miami Beach, but do not necessarily want to be in the heart of South Beach, this condo is ideal. It is situated about 5-10 minutes drive (depending on the traffic) north of South Beach.

On the 17th floor it has views of the ocean - although is not directly on the ocean side. The pool deck area is spacious and looks out over the intracoastal at the rear of the building. The whole building is secure.

The apartment itself is nicely furnished, comfortable and very well equipped, with all you will need for a relaxing stay - including TV and WiFi. There is a good sized balcony on the ocean side and a parking space in the garage comes as part of the deal.

The owner lives in the building and is very easy to deal with and ready to offer help should you require it.

I do not hesitate in recommending it.

My first time renting an apartment in Miami. The building is very well kept and super clean. The apartment is perfect and the location is great. We especially liked the fitness center and the great pool...plus the beach right across the street...the view of the sea from the balcony. We could not ask for more. We'll do it again soon. By the way; the owner of the place lives in the same building and he is a great person.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
