Ground Floor Ocean View Unit. This 2 full size bed & 1 bath unit is non-smoking and air conditioned. Also, it has been renovated in 2005. It has brand new linens along with kitchen, bath & beach towels available for your use. Other amenities include: travertine stone flooring throughout, 27-inch flat screen TV, stereo, in room safe, iron and ironing board, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and Hawaiian island-style furnishings. Telephone and wireless internet access is available in the lobby. Be sure to enjoy the ocean side pool and Jacuzzi with a drink from the poolside Tiki Bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and a coin operated laundry facility on-site for your convenience. This unit is only 8 miles from the Lihue airport and it is conveniently centrally located on Kauai's East Coast. You have easy access to a number of sights and services including The Coconut Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, movie theatre and restaurants.

My husband and I along with our 17 month old son stayed at this property for 4 weeks. It was wonderful to be welcomed to the island/room with a box of chocolates after long flights!! We were very pleased to have found a place so perfectly located on the island. Being centrally located, it was easy to see all of the beautiful island. We loved having a ground floor room, as our son was able to run around on the grass while my husband and I sat on the lanai watching him. The BBQ's by the pool were also an asset. The Coconut Marketplace was also very nice to have nearby. It has wonderful restaurants and shops where you can pick up milk, souveniers or book excursions. We hope to be back to Kauai and would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome accomodations centrally located with easy access to Coconut Market Place (walking distance). Easy to get to either end of the island from Kapaa. Room was clean, staff were friendly, and the beach access was a great bonus. We absolutely loved it and definitely plan to return in the future. Thanks for the great accomodations... and the box of chocolate macadamia nuts too.

We arrived to chocolates and a welcoming clean suite. The kitchen area met our breakfast and lunch needs so we could splurge on dinners out. The Coconut Marketplace met all of our shopping needs along with some a variety of eating locals. The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai or just a very short walk to the beach. Can't wait to return to same condo.
The absolute best part was the ever available assistance from Karl and Carla. GREAT customer service.

We really enjoyed our time at the unit. The
decor and and furnishings are very nice, the
room was extremely clean and comfortable.
This is the best location on Kauai, with easy

We had a GREAT week at the condo. It is so centrally located for convenience on the island. The rooms were very accomodating(bath is large, too). Coconut Market close for shopping and good food. Plan to go back next year. Thanks Karl and Carla.
