The only thing we overlook...is the Gulf! The beach's most anticipated destination is here-the Boardwalk Beach Resort! A 22-story gulf front condominium, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and sparkles like a diamond on Panama City Beach's emerald coast. It has a tropical pool deck and family activities, the Boardwalk is unrivaled in its design, location and service. The resort is directly across from Signal Hill Golf Course. Our 16th floor, ocean front condo is brightly decorated with a tropical theme. This spacious condo is 1380 sq. ft. and sleeps up to 8 guests. Lots of room for entertaining. The kitchen bar seats 6 with an additional 6 at the dining room table. We have a sofa sleeper in addition to the beds listed. Lots of closet space too! Master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass wall looking towards the ocean. Our condo has 9 ft. ceilings with crown molding, tile and carpet, marble tubs and showers & granite in the kitchen.

CHECK OUT THE CORNER MARKET!: Corner Market, hosting Kitchens' Ice Cream, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks Coffee and Tiki Breeze Pizza. This is ALL right here at the resort. There is a full service bar at the tiki hut next to the pool. Get breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers or a cold refreshing drink. They also offer room service too.

Eating out!: We always recommend Uncle Ernie’s as one of our favorite restaurant off away from the beach. Ask the front desk for directions or call the restaurant yourself (850) 763-8427.They have the best crab cakes ever! Go check out Pier Park. It is new and has restaurants and shopping and a cool movie theater. The Back Porch is our favorite! They have excellent fish sandwiches

We loved this condo. The layout and size was even better than expected when we walked thru the door. The decor was joyful without being over the top. Plenty of room for parents, pre-teens and teens. All of Boardwalk property is the cleanest I have seen in PC Beach. This will be the first place we look for a vacancy when returning to PC Beach.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo in May of 2009. I'm happy to give it a flawless review! Our pre-stay dealings with the owner with professional and easy. The condo was perfect and the accommodations were everything we could want from a family beach vacation. We will definately book our next PCB trip with this same owner! (It would also be just as great for a get-away minus the kids) :-)

Perfect Paradise Retreat

We have stayed at several condos at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and this is one of our favorites. Everything a family needs for a memorable stay--including beach toys--is available in this brightly decorated unit.

The kids loved the bunk room while the adults loved the amazing views, nicely appointed kitchen and the great master bedroom suite. Wireless internet let us stay as connected to home as we wanted to be while relaxing in this beautiful condo.

Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful Florida home! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in your condo @ Boardwalk Beach Resort. The location & staff are excellent. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family which included 2 small boys & grandparents. The view is perfect! We loved the layout & decor, but especially enjoyed the kitchen & the balcony. We would stay here again on any future trips to Panama City Beach! We had excellent meals from the Saltwater Grill (which the condo staff recommended) and Sharky's! Great blues band @ Pineapple Willie's.
