Located in the Heart of Downtown Winter Park. (Near Cooper Creek Square Shopping and Restaurants. Ski/ Bike rentals, Nightlife) Steps away from shuttle stop to ski area This three-story townhome was newly built in 2005 and features: *3 bedrooms each with a private bath *1415 finished square feet on three levels *New Hot Tub!!!!! *Gas Fire Place *Professionally furnished *Heated Garage !!! This perfect floor plan has two upper level bedrooms featuring a Luxury Master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and private bath. The 2nd upstairs bedroom features Full Size bunk beds (perfect for up to 4 kids!) and a private tile bath. The lower bedroom offers another queen size bed and yes another private bath! The main level offers a cozy gas fireplace, TV with free cable, DVD, and a nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This is a very comfortable and cozy townhome in the mountains.

Thanks so much for sharing your place with our family. It was perfect. It is the nicest place we've stayed at in Winter Park. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was a definite plus. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was used each day when we returned from the slopes. We plan to contact you next year. Thanks again !!

The place was great! The house was nicely appointted and decorated. It was very conviently located in Winter Park, ski bus pick up at end of drive, quiet relaxing location.
